Tiffany Perkins, LCPC, NCC

“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. Sometimes gathering the other ingredients (pitcher, spoon, sugar, water) needed to make lemonade can be difficult. I am here to assist you with gathering those ingredients to make the best batch of lemonade for you. I am here to help you live your best life and become the best version of you!

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor from Chicago Illinois. I have years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, and families in several settings. The settings include home based, schools, residential DCFS group homes and clinical settings. My clients have presented with a variety of issues and concerns such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, abuse and neglect, school issues, job related problems and more. My treatment approach is collaborative, trauma sensitive and supportive. For children, I use a variety of play therapy techniques. My goal is to provide an open, nonjudgmental and safe environment for all my clients.

So congrats on taking the first step on bettering you or your child/teen. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Alberta Powell, LPC, CADC

My main focus is to always provide a pathway for you to talk about anything that appears problematic, no matter what it may be. Talk therapy is important - “If you don't talk about it, it takes longer to heal”. My passion is in interacting with people who need assistance and support in managing and overcoming substance abuse and domestic abuse. Your safety is very important to me.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in addition to being an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) .As a treatment modality, I rely on the client-centered approach because I am here to assist you with all your needs. I work hard to maintain a therapeutic alliance that is positive, productive, emphatic, and safe.

I am aware that you are in charge of your life. However, if you find yourself at a crossroads, I am here to support you in making the most productive decisions for your life.

Worsham El, LCSW, CFTP

My name is Worsham El. While my title is “therapist”, I think of myself as a mental health coach. I focus on the use of your strengths to empower you. Each of my clients experience genuine engagement tailored to fit their individual needs. I am curious of your interests, your strengths, your passion, your motives, and your desires. I am eager to support you in being your best you. I don't assume that I have all the answers to what your path looks like. I know that your experiences are unique and your path needs to be too.

I believe my role as your therapist is to support you in the use of your natural strengths to achieve and maintain your goals and well-being. I provide parent coaching, individual, group, and family therapy. I use expressive techniques such as dance, art, poetry, yoga and mindfulness to effectively treat the impact of trauma and toxic stress.
